Fundamentals of Cost Management Coming April 2020

We will be offering our most recent training course, Fundamentals of Cost Management, in our new Deer Park Training Center in April. On Monday, April 6th, industry professionals can attend this course to enhance their knowledge surrounding turnaround budgets, industry best practices and methodologies for estimating costs and managing budgets for turnarounds and capital projects.

Course objectives include understanding the goals and challenges of turnaround cost control and composite rates, estimating types and stages of turnaround budgets, comprehending common cost overruns, fully integrating the cost management process and cost forecasting. Additionally, the course will address cost risk management training.
